Since the Premier League's inception back in 1992 there has been a representation of over 92 countries in it's scoring charts. The list below details the scoring charts by Countries and also the Country's top scorer in the league.
10. Italy - 393 goals
Italy comes in at number ten, the English game has never been a favourable place for Italian strikers but Italy manages to come in 10th position overall, Paulo DiCanio is the highest scoring Italian in the league with 66 goals.
9. Nigeria - 466 goals
Nigeria managed to have the likes of Kanu Nwankwo, Jay Jay Okocha, Yakubu Aiyegbeni,Mikel Obi and co. but 95 of the goals came from Yakubu 'the yak' Aiyegbeni over spells at Portsmouth, Middlesbrough, Everton and Blackburn.
8. Norway - 479 goals
Norway has had its fair share of goals in the EPL, former Manchester United Striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the highest goal scorer from Norway with 91 goals.
7. Spain - 565 goals
Since the turn of the decade Spanish imports have enjoyed massive success in England and it is no surprise Fernando Torres is the highest scoring Spaniard in the English league. He's scored 85 goals.
6. Netherlands - 875 goals
The inventors of 'total football' shine in any league they go to, we have seen Marc Overmars, Dennis Bergkamp, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Robin Van Persie play in the Premier League but Van Persie who had spells with Arsenal and Manchester United is the highest scoring Dutchman with 144 league goals.
5. Wales - 882 goals
England's neighbours are surely on the list because most of their players ply their trade in England and we've been treated to special talents like Gareth Bale, Gary Speed, Aaron Ramsey and so on but who is the highest scoring Welshman in the league? You guessed it. It's Ryan Giggs with 109 goals.
4. Scotland - 919 goals
Scotland joins Wales on the list but they are 4th and former Everton striker Duncan Ferguson is the highest scoring Scot with 68 goals.
3. Republic Of Ireland - 950 goals
Much traveled Irishman Robbie Keane scored 126 times in the league making him the highest scoring Irishman.
2. France - 1385 goals
French Players have lit up the English Premier League Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona,Robert Pires, Sylvain Wiltord, Louis Saha, Emmanuel Petit, Patrick Vieira, the list is indeed endless and with upcoming stars there is no doubt of more supply of goals from France. Thierry Henry scored 175 goals over two spells for Arsenal and is the highest goal scorer from France.

It is called the English Premier League for a reason and it is no coincidence at all that the top four highest goal scorers of all time in this league are Englishmen (Alan Shearer,Wayne Rooney, Andy Cole and Frank Lampard). Alan Shearer's haul of 260 goals will be the highest for a very long time.
