Alexis Sanchez Reveals His Preferred Club & It's Bad News For English Clubs
Arsenal Football Club's goal getter Sanchez has made it clear to the Arsenal management he wants to leave the London club this summer but it is the destination of his new club that might further infuriate the North London club and indeed other English clubs.
Both Manchester City and Bayen Munich have pushed hardest for the Chilean International since the end of the season but the 28 year old has come out to say he prefers the city London and might, just might prefer a Club in the City.
According to The Independent Chelsea is the club Sanchez would be most keen to join giving his affinity for London.
Even though Arsenal risk losing Sanchez for nothing next summer they are already prepared to turn down a frsh Man City bid of £50m.
Chelsea and Antonio Conte Should be buoyed by Sanchez's decision to remain in London. Conte has been a long term admirer of the Chilean. While Arsenal are 'woke' about the reality of Sanchez leaving the club, they would prefer NOT to sell to a direct rival (Manchester City or Chelsea).
Alexis Sanchez has netted 53 goals for Arsenal in 103 appearances, an average of a goal in 1.9 games and helped them to two FA Cup wins in two years, but Guardiola is quite familiar to Sanchez as they spent one season together at Barcelona (Guardiola's last).
