1. Alex Iwobi
The young Arsenal Midfielder has broken into the Arsenal and Nigerian teams in a short space of time and scored for Nigeria in the last game against Zambia, there is no doubt he will once again spice up the midfield proceedings against Algeria.
2. Islam Slimani
A free scorer at Sporting Lisbon, Slimani became the record signing of surprise English Champions Leicester City in the summer and has brought that spark to Leicester city this term. A game against Nigeria away will be a platform a striker of his stature would love.
3. Kelechi Iheanacho
Since the turn of the year Iheanacho has been all shades of good, he was Manuel Pellegrini's go to guy and is not far away in Guardiola's books, scoring for fun for club and country. It has been years since the Super Eagles witnessed such potency in front of goal, and with 2 goals in his last 2 for the Nigeria the 20 year old will be looking for more.
4. Victor Moses
In the recent past Moses' future at Chelsea looked bleak and doubtful, but in football things turnaround very quickly and mysteriously. Antonio Conte the man in charge of Chelsea seems to fancy Moses' skills and have made him somewhat of a regular in the team, buoyed with this confidence the 2013 AFCON winner must be be relishing the upcoming task against Algeria.
5. Riyad Mahrez
The current Algerian footballer of the year and EPL player of the year, Mahrez has had a magical 2016 and is always a joy to watch both for the Foxes and the Desert Foxes.
