Wenger Wants Koscielny Rested
The Telegraph claims Arsene Wenger wants his captain Laurent Koscielny rested ahead of France's friendly against Ivory Coast on Tuesday , this is due to big games coming up, first against Manchester United on Saturday and then PSG the following midweek.
Arsenal who already have an Alexis Sanchez nursing a harmstring and is doubtful for upcoming fixtures
“I understand completely him playing against Sweden, it’s difficult to understand him playing the whole game against Ivory Coast because afterwards we play at Manchester United and then Paris Saint Germain. If it’s not needed, you try to find a compromise that suits both parties. I can’t see the purpose of Koscielny playing the second game.”
