How Wayne Rooney Rejected The Far East
It has been revealed Wayne Rooney turned down a move to the Chinese Super League Club Beijing Guoan the Club's sources have admitted. Rooney has found first team opportunities hard to come by in the last 8 weeks ( who knew a day like this would come), well the club's honorary chairman Luo Ning has confirmed it . In his words "we indeed made an approach for Rooney at the beginning of the season but he's informed us he wants to stay in Manchester United".
Against Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday Wayne Rooney reached a century of assists in the EPL. Only Ryan Giggs and Frank Lampard have got more.
