Man City have confirmed that Spanish winger Jesus Navas will leave this summer after the expiration of his contract with the Manchester club. Navas Will Be The Third player to depart Man City in a Space of two weeks after Pablo Zabaleta And Gael Clichy left the club.
All is now set for Navas to return to boyhood club Sevilla, a club he left for the Manchester City for £15million four years ago.
Jesus Navas helped moved to Man City From Sevilla in 2013 and has since helped City win the English Premier League and the League Cup.
In the weeks preceding the league's finale Navas appeared to have found favour in Guardiola's eyes but the Spanish tactician is opting for a total overhaul of a squad that ended the season without a trophy. Manchester City's football director Txiki Begiristain confirmed the reports when he told the club's website "Working With Jesus has been a pleasure."
"His Hardwork, Dedication , Professionalism and desire to win have been apparent every single day, he showed his versatility numerous times this season (2016/17 season), operating at full back and doing so with distinction."
