Chelsea fc seem to find itself in a situation of panic buying, towards the end of the summer transfer period. Having landed key players in Alvaro Morata and Tiemoue Bakayoko, Antonio Conte remains adamant on adding more reinforcement to his team that won the premier league last season. The Chelsea board on the other hand have been quite reluctant keying into Antonio Conte's plan of adding more reinforcement to what they feel is a solid team. Having dropped three points in the first match against Burnley and going ahead to win unconvincingly the next two matches against Tottenham and Everton respectively, the frailties in the Chelsea team seem to be coming to light. Chelsea fc are now clamouring to seal panic deals in Arsenal's Oxalade Chamberlain, Danny Drinkwater of Leicester and Everton's Ross Barkley.
Chelsea fc look to cash in on unsettled Oxalade Chamberlain who recently rejected a lucrative offer from his current employers Arsenal Fc. To the surprise of Chelsea fans the Ox rejected the offer from Chelsea on the grounds that he would be played out of position as a left wing-back. It is believed that Oxalade Chamberlain would prefer a move to Liverpool instead of Chelsea. On Ross Barkley, the Everton board has rejected a £25m offer insisting on £50m for their main midfield man. Chelsea fc now look to Leicester City's Danny Drinkwater and will be hoping to land the Leicester man before the transfer deadline.
