Barkley's move away from Goodison park this summer have only been scuppered by an asking price of 50m, however the highly anticipated move may not materialize anymore, at least not this summer as Barkley has been hit with a torn hamstring that will rule him out for six weeks.
The midfielder only returned to training last week after missing his side's pre-season games and looked to have overcome his affliction but it was reported on Monday that Barkley sustained fresh Setback in his recovery that will see the player out for about six weeks.
