Incase You Missed It : Top Transfers That Have Taken Place In The Past Week


The summer transfer window ends in a fortnight, with this in mind most top clubs in Europe are looking for late buys and at a bargain price too. Barcelona are billed to unveil Brazilian midfielder Paulinho to the Nou Camp crowd earlier today (Thursday). There are some moves however that have gone unnoticed. Take a look.

GYLFI SIGURDSSON - SWANSEA TO EVERTON



Everton Completed the signing of Gylfi Sigurdsson from Swansea on Wednesday. The 27 year old former Tottenham midfielder has been a long term target for Ronald Koeman's Everton, after initially rejecting a £40m bid earlier this transfer window, Swansea accepted Everton's improved bid of £45m to seal Sigurdsson's move.


BLAISE MATUIDI - PSG TO JUVENTUS



Juventus agreed a deal with PSG yesterday for the signing of French midfielder Blaise Matuidi. The deal is worth about £18.2m plus add-ons. Matuidi is Juventus' 10th signing of this transfer window.

JESSE RODRIGUEZ - PSG TO STOKE CITY


Spanish player Jesse Rodriguez completed his loan move from PSG to English club Stoke City on Wednesday. Jesse endured a difficult campaign last term at PSG finding the back of the net once after his £22.5m arrival from Real Madrid.

SOFIANE FEGHOULI - WEST HAM TO GALATASARAY

Turkish club Galatasaray announced the signing of Algerian winger Sofiane Feghouli on Monday, Feghouli joined Gala from West Ham for a fee of £3.86m. The 27 year old spent just one season with the hammers after arriving from Valencia a year ago and scored four goals in 27 appearances.

GARETH BARRY - EVERTON TO WEST BROM


Veteran English midfielder Gareth Barry made the switch from Everton to West Brom. The highly experienced 36 year old is West Brom's fourth signing this window. Barry who has played for Aston Villa, Manchester City and Everton in the past has 628 League appearances to his name and needs five more to break Ryan Giggs' record of 632.

ROBERTO SOLDADO - VILLAREAL TO FENERBAHCE


Spanish striker Roberto Soldado completed a move to Turkish club Fenerbahce last week. Soldado left Valencia for English club Tottenham in 2013 and spent two years with the North London side before moving back to Spain to play for Villareal.

CARLOS BACCA - AC MILAN TO VILLAREAL


Villareal have confirmed the signing of Colombian striker Carlos Bacca on loan with the option of a permanent move. AC Milan manager Vincenzo Montella sanctioned the deal as Bacca was no longer a key player in his team. The permanent move will cost €15.5m but the initial loan cost the Spanish club €3.5m .

DALBERT - NICE TO INTER MILAN


Italian Club Inter Milan last week confirmed the signing of fullback Dalbert from French outfit Nice for a fee of €20m making the 23 year old Inter Milan's fourth major signing of the summer. Dalbert who was previously a target for Liverpool and Arsenal earlier this summer was impressive for Nice last season as they pushed Monaco and PSG hard in France's Ligue 1.

ANDRE GRAY - BURNLEY TO WATFORD



A couple of days before the commencement of the English Premier League, Watford signed 26 year old striker Andre Gray from Burnley for a club record fee of £18.5m. Gray scored 33 goals for Burnley, 9 of them last season.

JORDAN AMAVI - ASTON VILLA TO MARSEILLE


Aston Villa's left back signed for French club Marseille a week ago in a loan deal with a view to a permanent move. The 23 year old was on the verge of joining Sevilla but the deal fell through. The former France under 21 international joined Aston Villa from Nice in 2015 on a five year contract.
