Roma Thrash Fiorentina For Their 14th Consecutive Home Win



Edin Dzeko scored his 16th and 17th Serie A goal this season as Roma thrashed Fiorentina 4-0 at the Stadio Olimpico.

Dzeko who is now Serie A top scorer opened the scoring in the 39th minute, Federico Fazio made it 2-0 in the second half, Radja Nainggolan turned in Kevin Strootman's cross to add the third in the 75th minute, Dzeko rounded off the scoring with seven minutes of normal time left.

The Giallorossi have now won 14 consecutive home games , a record that had stood since 1930.

The outcome of the result is that Roma are now within four points of Juventus who have a game in hand.
