According to reports Arsenal has made Napoli midfielder Lorenzo Insigne their number 1 transfer target this summer.
It is alleged that Arsenal had scouts in the stand to watch Napoli's game away to Chievo Verona on Sunday. The Italy International scored a stunner in the game, his eight goal in a season which he also has eight assists.
Napoli will have the upper hand in negotiations with Arsenal because Insigne is tied to the Naples club until 2019.
The Sun reports that Napoli will want a fee of £44m for their youth product.
