Barcelona Signs 'New Dani Alves'
Following a successful medical on Friday Portuguese footballer Nelson Semedo became Barcelona's third signing of the transfer window. The 23 year old completed the €30m move on Friday, the former Benfica defender became the Blaugrana's prime target after they missed out on 'old boy' Hector Bellerin.

The player who has six caps for Portugal was a member of the team that finished third in the Confederations Cup held in Russia last month, and he becomes Coach Ernesto Valverde's third signing since taking over the reigns at Camp Nou.

Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu stated earlier this week that the club hopes to complete at least two more signings before the close of the transfer window. Barcelona have already signed Gerard Deulofeu and Marlon and are targeting Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera
