Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has claimed the EA Sports player of the month Award for the month of March. The 23 year old raced to the award with four goals and two assists in three games as he saw off competition from AFC Bournemouth's Joshua King and Artur Boruc, Southampton's Nathan Redmond, Crystal Palace's Mamadou Sakho and Liverpool's Georginio Wijnaldum.
It was the first time the Belgian picked up the award, Lukaku finished march with a brace in the 4-0 victory over Hull City, the two goals saw Lukaku climb the top scorer's chart this term with 21 goals and he also became the first Everton player to reach 20 goals in a single Premier League season.

After masterminding an unbeaten run in March Eddie Howe deservedly became the youngest recipient of the awards and of course it was his first time, two wins and a draw at Old Trafford was enough to take the Cherries up to 11th place.
