Niasse's Double Gives The Relegation Fight A New Look

Oumar Niasse's double gave Hull what must have felt like 6 points against fellow relegation strugglers Swansea.

The Everton loanee came of the bench and wasted no time in making his presence felt when he latched on to Abel Hernandez's pass to slot past the opposition goal.

The Senegalese scored a second just nine minutes later when he met Ahmed Elomohamady's low cross.

Niasse celebrates his second goal in front of the Hull City faithful.

Swansea had decent spells in the game but struggled after Fernando Llorente's injury at the end of the first half forced him to withdraw.

Alfie Mawson's goal in the 91st minute made it a nervy end to the game, but Hull city held on for their precious points.

Hull City are now 18th on the table one point away from safety but three points adrift 16th placed Swansea.

Man Of The Match

Two goals nine minutes apart were enough for Senegalese Oumar Niasse to become man of the match despite coming from the bench.
