Inter Milan thrashed Atalanta as they took a step closer to a champions league spot and Mauro Icardi's hat-trick in ten first half minutes set the Nerazzuri on their way to a telling victory. Icardi got the goals in the 16th, 22nd and 25th minute as Inter walloped Atalanta. The 24 year old now has 20 Serie A goals this season.
Fellow Argentine Ever Banega was on hand to make it 5-0 before the interval and completed his own hat-trick in the 67th minute after Gagliardini and Freuler had scored for each side.
Inter now sit fourth after their emphatic win.
