Chelsea star N'golo Kante has ruled out himself from contention fro the PFA Awards instead saying one of his teammates deserve the gong. The French midfielder is a firm favourite to win the award after missing out last year to Riyadh Mahrez in Leicester's title winning campaign.
The 25 year old has been a star and the heartbeat of Chelsea's 3-4-3 formation system at Stamford Bridge, the Frenchman in humility thinks any one of his teammates deserve the to win it.
Kante helped Chelsea beat Stoke City 2-1 on at the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday.
"I'm flourishing but I don't feel like the best player in the Premier League" said Kante.
"There are a lot of good players. A lot on guys deserve it on my team."
