This Former Arsenal Star Is Heading Back To London

With Manchester City making strategic changes to their squad in the summer French defender Bacary Sagna appears to already have a destination in mind.

Since joining from Arsenal in 2014 Sagna has had an indifferent stay with the Citizens with over 75 appearances, no goals and a league cup trophy in 2016.

With Pep Guardiola's arrival in the summer the club has struggled defensively and the facts are not really in Sagna's favour. The Frenchman is 34 and runs out of contract with the Manchester club by June, this might signal the end for him at the Etihad.

Sagna has already picked a destination and it's not Arsenal (Arsenal are already loaded 😄😄), rather he will be heading to the Olympic Stadium to join Slaven Bilic's West Ham and the club is open to a deal in the summer. Meanwhile Guardiola will be looking to add two or three defensive signings in the summer and a couple of lads from the club's academy to get senior team experience.
