Man City defender Bacary Sagna has been charged for 'misconduct' for a post on instagram.
City had Fernandinho sent off in the first half during the game against Burnley by referee Lee Mason, a game Man City went on to win 2-1 on the 2nd of January.
The former Arsenal fullback then posted "10 against 12 " on social network Instagram after the game, a post was later taken down.
The English FA alleges that the defender's post questioned the match officials integrity.
Sagna has until 18:00 GMT on Friday to respond to the charge.
