The Sports Analytical Machine (SAM) has predicted Chelsea to win the English Premier League with seven points, Tottenham second, Liverpool third and Man City fourth. It also predicts a fifth place finish for Arsene Wenger's Arsenal and sixth place for Manchester United.
Arsenal has never finished outside the top four under Arsene Wenger neither has Jose Mourinho completed a season outside the top three in both of his spells with Chelsea.

SAM takes into account a number of factors in predicting the match results the form the final log, form of key players and a consistency in occurrence of events so far in the season.
