West Ham Manager Slaven Bilic has revealed star player Dmitri Payet wants to leave the club. Speaking at Thursday's prematch conference, Bilic declared that while he French International has made it clear he wants to leave, the club are not in a hurry to part with their prized assets.
The Guardian also reports that Payet is refusing to train and does not want to play against Crystal Palace this weekend.
"We have said we don't want to sell our best players but Payet does not want to play for us, he wants to leave." Bilic said.
The 29 year old who joined West Ham for £11m in 2015 signed a contract extension with the London club last year after a successful 2015/16 season.
Despite being on the verge of his 30th birthday, Payet has previously been linked with a move to Chinese Super League, Arsenal and Manchester United.
