According to the guardian French Striker Olivier Giroud Says he is close to an agreement to a contract extension and hopes to 'continue the adventure' at the Emirates Stadium.
The 30 year old has returned to the side in recent weeks to four goals in as many appearances , the last of them being an 89th minute win over Preston North End. Giroud who signed for Arsenal in 2012 from Montpellier still has about 18 months left on his current contract. Arsenal are also looking to negotiate new deals for Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil.
Elsewhere West Ham's Manager Slaven Bilic is looking to bring back former Man City goalie and England's number 1 Joe Hart back to England. West Ham's keeper has had a run of bad games to earn himself a place in Slaven Bilic's list of unwanted players.
West Ham are willing to spend £15m on Joe Hart who is on a season long loan at Italian club Torino.
Chelsea's Asmir Begovic and Liverpool's Simon Mignolet are also on West Ham's list should they fail to sign Joe Hart.
