Tunisia Qualify As Runners Up, Algeria Crash Out Without A Win

Islam Slimani's Two Goals Was Not Enough For Algeria As The Desert Foxes Crashed Out Without A Win.
Senegal came from behind twice through Papa Diop and Moussa Sow to end the game level at 2-2, the result meant Algeria finished with two points from three games and Senegal finish as group winners with seven points.

The Algerians were pre-tournament favourites with the Africa's best player Riyadh Mahrez in their team.

Four First Half Goals Were Enough For Tunisia As They Brushed Zimbabwe Aside To Finish Group B as Runners-up.

Tunisia needed only a draw to progress after their 2-1 victory over Algeria on Thursday. Tunisia were hardly worried by the Zimbabweans who put in a poor showing that contrasted their spirited display in the 2-2 draw against the much fancied Algeria.

Tunisia will play 2013 runners up Burkina Faso in the next round in Libreville on Saturday while Senegal play Cameroun in a repeat of the 2002 finals.
